Pork with pomegranate sauce, asparagus and couscous

Today's dinner was yummy. I made a sauce with chicken broth, red wine, pomegranate, green onions and honey. Boiled it all down until it was thickened.  The strained off the onions and sediment. Added a bit of butter to make it creamy.
While I was boiling it down I browned the pork loins on the stove for about 2 min per side. Then baked in the oven at 500° F until cooked pork to 155° F. 
I poured the sauce over the pork prior to serving.
I grilled asparagus for a side. I used a touch of butter, salt and pepper. Couscous was our other side.
It was all so YUMMY!
